To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. The cellophane must remain on the shade, and the hang tag must be attached Damaged items must be reported within 5 days. Please see our complete returns policy.
Shades are measured by their bottom diameter. Please see our helpful how-to guide for more information.
Yes, samples of any fabric may be ordered.
The first number is the diameter of the top of the shade. The second number is the diameter of the bottom of the shade. The last number is the height of the shade. A shade size always refers to the bottom diameter (the middle number). Please see our helpful how-to guide for more information.
