What is your return policy?

To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. The cellophane must remain on the shade, and the hang tag must be attached.

Damaged items must be reported within 5 days. Photos are helpful.
Discounted merchandise is nonrefundable. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns on custom orders.

How do I know what size shade to order?

Please check our tutorial section for help with proper shade fitting.

May I get a fabric sample?

Yes, samples of any fabric may be ordered.

What do the measurements mean?

The first number is the diameter of the top of the shade.  The second number is the diameter of the bottom of the shade.  The last number is the slant of the shade.  A shade size always refers to the bottom diameter (the middle number). Visit our tutorial.

I ordered the correct size but it still doesn’t look right.

How long will it take to get my shades?

Non-stocked shades vary by style: Hexagons, painted shades and smooth hardbacks take about 4 weeks. Our hand pleated shades take around 12 weeks.

What is Katy’s favorite color?
