Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.

Our lampshades are made to order especially for you, and selecting the correct size and style can sometimes be tricky. We want to help you get it right the first time. Before ordering, please review our measuring guide, confirm you have selected the correct hardware fitting for your lamp, and contact us with any questions about your order.

Eligible returns

Our patterned and solid self-trim lampshades may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The shade must be unused and returned in its original packaging, with the protective cellophane intact and the original hang tag attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final-sale items

Lampshades with contrasting trim, custom sizes, custom paint colors, Customer's Own Material (C.O.M.), fabric and trim sold by the yard, and sale merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Lampshades with contrasting trim are considered custom products because they are made to your selected color combination.

Order changes and cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellations or changes must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, change, return, or exchange, contact us here.

Fabric variations

Most fabric dye lots are closely matched, but slight variations can occur. These are a natural characteristic of textiles and are not considered defects.

Damaged items

If your shade arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement. We recommend inspecting all items immediately upon arrival, including deliveries to a receiving warehouse. We cannot accept damage claims after the 48-hour window. Include clear photographs of the damaged shade, the inside and outside of the shipping box, and any visible damage to the packaging, and keep the shade and all packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
