Return Policy

Our shades are custom made to order just for you. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering:

  • Please make sure you have chosen the correct hardware fitting for your shade.
  • If you need help selecting the correct shade, or have questions about ordering, please contact us.

Selecting the best lamp shade can be tricky. We want you to get it right the first time! Before making your purchase, please see our measuring guide for helpful tips.

We accept returns for our patterned collections as well as our solid linens that have self trim in the same color, within 14 days of delivery. Seven days for in store purchases. All contrasting trim shades and color combinations are final sale, as they are completely customized for you.This also applies to trade orders.To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. The cellophane must remain on the shade, and the hang tag must be attached. Damaged delivery items must be reported within 5 days. Photos are helpful.

Sale merchandise is nonrefundable. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.  Please check your order very carefully; we do not accept returns on custom orders and your purchase verifies that the order is correct.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours after the order is placed. To initiate a return or cancellation please send us a message.

Please note: While most dye lots of fabrics are a close match, there may be occasions where there is a slight variation. As with any natural product, these variations are customary and should not be considered a defect.
