Custom shades are handmade to order, and may take 8-12 weeks. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Lampshades are large and fragile! Sorella Glenn shades are carefully packed and not stacked. Stacking the shades risks creasing the special pleating, so our shades are packed with spacers that protect them from sliding together.

Standard ground shipping charges are 12% of the cost of goods sold. After the shades are made, delivery usually takes about 5 to 7 business days. We will alert you when the shades ship and send you a tracking number.

*All shades 20" and larger carry a $75 freight charge due to the oversized boxes.
